Recipe 6 : Vegetable Curry

First & Foremost, before I lay down the recipe, this was supposed to be Aloo Gobi, a traditional Indian dish with cauliflower and potatoes with a thick curry gravy. But I think mine didn't turn up well as it was too watery, so it kind off ended up being Vegetable Curry. Its my first time attempting a dish with so many different spices, but it turned out well. It was tasty though...but practise makes perfect and I'm still trying to perfect this dish. My goal is to master this dish before someone returns...Enjoy!!

Ingredients :
Cauliflower
Potatoes
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Ginger Paste
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Garam Masala/Masala Mix
1 Teaspoon of Cumin Seeds/Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon of Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon of Tumeric Powder
Water

Steps :
1) Cut the potatoes into cubes
2) Separate the cauliflower florets into a bowl
3) Heat up the wok with olive oil, garlic and ginger paste.
4) When the garlic is slightly brown, add in the potatoes.
5) Add in the cumin, chilli powder, salt, masala mix and tumeric powder.
6) When the potatoes are slightly cooked, add in the cauliflower florets.
7) Add some water.
8) Cook until the potatoes and cauliflower florets are tender.
9) Serve with bread, rice etc...
10) Eat it!!
